In Rosignano, the foxes signal the time to harvest the Barbera grapes. These cunning and attentive creatures know when the grapes are ripe and steal them. This anecdote is the origin of the name of our "every day" Barbera, the Volpuva, which we have been proudly producing since the 1970s. An essential wine, it expresses itself on the nose with aromas of red berries, violets, and cherries. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and drinkability.
